We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your Therabody.com purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy. If you purchase the product directly from Therabody, then you may return the product within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. In addition, please note the following: 

Fyri™ will accept, for refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@fyrimotion.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Information needed: Order Number (sent immediately for all purchases), Address, Full Name, and Email (matching).

Refunds

For returns and refunds for which Fyri is not at fault, customers will pay for the return shipping at their own expenses. Pixie Motion will only refund an order free of charge before the fulfillment of that order. Once the order ships, only a return or replacement can be processed. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
